FIRE-KISSED DINING
For private and semi-private events, Wilma BBQ offers set menus that reflect its progressive Asian BBQ approach. Fire-kissed dishes are built around ethically sourced Australian produce, including wood-fired meats, fresh seafood and seasonal sides.
Menus can be paired with shared bottles, curated wine selections or signature cocktails, suited to both seated and standing formats.
genge st. balcony
Located on the first floor of Wilma BBQ, the Genge Street Balcony overlooks Genge Street in Canberra’s CBD. The space features leather banquette seating, black-and-white floor tiles and layered furnishings, with adjustable shutters and retractable blinds allowing the room to adapt with ease.
Climate-controlled with slab heating and ceiling fans, the room offers a comfortable and flexible setting for private events.
BUNDA ST. balcony
Located on the first floor of Wilma BBQ, the Bunda Street Balcony is a private dining space overlooking Bunda Street in Canberra’s CBD.
Featuring black shutters, hanging plants and black-and-white floor tiles, the room can be enclosed with dark linen sheers and retractable blinds to create a more intimate atmosphere. Climate-controlled with slab heating and ceiling fans, the space offers privacy and comfort for a range of private and hosted occasions.
WILMA LOUNGE
Situated on the upper level of Wilma BBQ, the Wilma Lounge is a semi-private dining space overlooking the restaurant below. Centrally positioned, it offers a sense of separation while remaining connected to Wilma’s atmosphere.
Framed by black shutter doors and dark linen sheers that can be drawn for added privacy, the space features velvet booth seating suited to both seated and standing formats. The Wilma Lounge is ideal for intimate group gatherings and cocktail-style events.
